We are pleased to announce that Euro-Box has extended the scope of it’s services with another sheet metal processing branch, which is the galvanizing process.

Our company has acquired a galvanizing facility in Brójce near Świebodzin with the total area of 30 000m², which is equipped with modern galvanizing line and sewage farm.

Galvanizing is a process of applying a protective zinc coating to steel or iron to prevent rusting.

This process is made on a modern, fully automated galvanizing line. There are two different methods:

• galvanizing in a rotating drum – for small parts (for example: screws, nails, profiles, washers),
• dip galvanizing using hooks in 37 containers with dimensions of 600 x 1000 x 900 mm each.

Technical properties:

• coating thickness up to 15 µm,
• sour galvanizing,
• galvanizing with gloss finish,
• after galvanizing we use following passivations:
  • White passivation
  • Yellow passivation
  • Thick-film passivation
• we use a safe trivalent chrome.
