To track the status of your order, you need to register an account on our website before placing your order. After placing your order, simply log in to your account and select the "Your Orders" tab.

If you do not have an account, you can get information about the status of your order by contacting us directly.

Add items to your cart and then proceed to checkout. When you reach the "information" window, a field will appear on the right side where you should enter the generated discount code.

A VAT invoice is provided for every order and will be sent in an email on the day the goods are shipped. If invoice details are not provided when placing the order, an invoice will be issued in the recipient's name. There is no possibility to correct details on the issued document.

We provide the customer with the option to withdraw from the contract under the terms specified by law. A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days without giving any reason. You must fill out the return form and attach it to the shipment.

The goods offered in the online store come with a 24-month warranty. To file a complaint, you need to fill out the complaint form and send it to the email address sklep@eurobox.pl.

Our consultant will assist you in selecting the appropriate lock. Please provide the following information:

  1. Body Length: Measure the length of the lock body.
  2. Mounting Hole Diameter: If the lock is flattened on one side, measure the diameter from both the flattened and convex sides.
  3. Lock Diameter: Measure the diameter of the lock.
  4. Bolt Length: Measure from the center of the mounting hole to the end of the bolt.
  5. Cam Bend: If the cam is bent, measure the bend excluding one thickness of a sheet metal.
  6. Key Rotation Angle: Indicate the angle at which the key rotates.
  7. Coding System: Locks are available in two coding systems: different codes (each ordered lock will have a different key number) and single code (each lock will have the same key number and all will open each other).

For locks with different key codes in the MASTER system, it is possible to purchase a master key that will open all these locks.
