COMPLAINTS

Towards Customers who are Entrepreneurs, the Seller is not liable for defects of the sold thing.In relation to Customers who are Consumers or Entrepreneurs on the rights of a Consumer, the Seller is liable for the lack of conformity of the Product with the contract under the principles set out in Chapter 5a of the Act on Consumer Rights.

A Consumer is a natural person purchasing products in the online shop for the purpose not directly related to his/her business or professional activity.

An entrepreneur on the rights of a consumer is a natural person purchasing products in an online shop for the purpose directly related to his/her business, when it follows from the content of this agreement that it does not have a professional character for him/her, arising in particular from the subject of his/her business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Business Activity.

An Entrepreneur is a natural person, legal person or unincorporated entity purchasing Products from the Online Store in the course of business or professional activity; in the case of a natural person, a natural person purchasing Products from the Online Store for the purpose directly related to his/her business activity, when the content of this agreement indicates that it has a professional character for him/her, resulting in particular from the subject of his/her business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Business Activity.

When submitting a complaint, you can use the complaint form template on our website, but it is not obligatory

In the case of submitting a complaint without using the complaint form template, it is recommended to include in the complaint at least: 1) name, surname, correspondence address and contact details; 2) information about date of conclusion of the contract along with confirmation of its conclusion 3) information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of occurrence of the defect; 4) a demand regarding the method of recognition of the complaint. The above information will help us to carry out the complaint process efficiently.

We will consider your complaint immediately, not later than within 14 days from the date of its submission. Failure to respond to your complaint within the above-mentioned period means that we consider it justified

 

RETURNS 

A Customer who is a consumer, as well as an entrepreneur with consumer rights, may withdraw from the contract concluded via our online store within 14 days without giving any reason. 

Consumer  is an individual person purchasing Products at the Online Shop for the purpose that is not in direct connection with his/her business or professional activity.

Entrepreneur with consumer rights is an individual, legal person, purchasing Products in the Online Store for the purpose directly related to its business activity, it follow from the contract it doesn’t  have a professional nature for it, which follows directly from the subject of activity in the CEIDG register.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the date on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods, or in the case of delivery of multiple items that are delivered separately, from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last of the goods.

To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us, that is: "EURO-BOX" Sp. z o.o., Ługów 36, 66-200 Świebodzin, Poland, or e-mail address: sklep@eurobox.pl about your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail adress). You can use the model withdrawal form available on our website, but it isn’t obligatory.

To keep the deadline for withdrawing from the contract, it is enough for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract.

In case of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract. We will refund the payment using the same way that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the item or until proof of its return is deliverd to us, whichever occurs first.

Please send the item back to us at "EURO-BOX" Sp. z o.o., Ługów 36, 66-200 Świebodzin, Poland, immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for reducing the value of things resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of things.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the Consumer in the case of personalised products manufactured to the Consumer's specifications, in accordance with Article 38(3) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.

You are not entitled to the right of withdrawal in the cases referred to in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
