Description
Application: Mounted between the foundation wall and the ground, it creates a moisture barrier, protection against mechanical damage, and against harmful effects of tree and shrub roots. It serves drainage and ventilation functions in vertical foundation walls and protects them from moisture. Used in terrace and balcony areas, it prevents moisture from penetrating into the concrete layer, equalizes hydrostatic pressure, and provides a drainage layer that directs water leaking from the floor or gravel to drainage pipes. When used in ceiling insulation, it protects against moisture and allows for even pouring of floor concrete.
